Hypothetical question. HEL-USA-XXX. Booking within the minimum connection time, of course. Missed connection for the USA-XXX leg due to being slightly late, long immigration queue, changing terminals, etc. (any or combined reasons). Rebooked to later connecting flight, arriving 4+ hours later than originally scheduled. Eligible for EC261?
