Anyone else stayed here recently?

Oddly, the Member Rate is over $30/night cheaper than the Long Term Stay rate. What’s the point?

I was paying $70/night at the now de-flagged HP before Covid, and now the best/cheapest Hyatt option is $210/night at the HR.
