Chase appears to be allowing certain merchants (for a fee, no doubt) to make their offers extra “sticky.” Certain offers always show up as new — and thus higher in the list — no matter how many times I’ve previously logged in and seen/ignored them.

Part of me is tempted just to opt into these annoying offers to make them go away, but that would undoubtedly reward the schmucks who came up with this obnoxious feature.

And no, I’m not naming the merchants for the same reason. If you’re seeing this same behavior, you know exactly who I’m talking about.
