That is a new one. I can see some OPS people at AA getting creative having to solve this. Maybe have the FAs walk around with big "seatbelts" signs attached to wooden sticks that they show as they walk through the cabin...or maybe affix velcro seatbelt signs over the current lighted ones and then manually take them off when safe to do so - that would be a hoot.
