The Platinum help line were able to reopen the ‘ticket’ and add the correct ticket number. Just waiting for it to be awarded now.

Was IRROPS involved in any of your flights? This does sound bizarre if not. Do you need to apply for Original Routing Credits? This is one heck of a head scratching case IMO.
