I used to love AS before they cancelled my main SFO route and massively devalued their program twice in one year, which included gutting earnings on partner revenue tickets, wiping out my primary means of qualification. I've also found the in-flight service quality has declined quite a bit in the past year or so. Oh, and let's not forget the constant headaches getting partner fights to post correctly. Now this airline mostly frustrates me.
