Both times multiple agents went to the final step after taking my CC info, saying the booking was rejected by AC. One agent said my ticket was "on hold" and I had to "fly standby only".
There were I class available on UA.com and Lifemiles.com.

Update: I had some free time and went to the TK office. They were able to issue the ticket using DOS like system no problem. The agent did say they cannot see the availability on AC until they create a PNR and try to issue the ticket. The agents at call centre use a different system similar to the useless website.
