For those wondering , MMP is not an abbreviation but a rate code.

For Marriott franchisees / owners, associates / employees, and close family members there is a deeply discounted “Explore Rate”. For other friends & family there is an “Explore Friends Rate”.

There are at least three rate plans:

MMP (Explore Rate & Explore Friends Rate)
MMF (Explore Friends Rate)
MM4 (Explore More)

All this is enough for me to encourage a family member to work at a Marriott property. Does part-time work count?
