I assume that you go to the QR website, click on Manage/checkin, then on Manage booking. Then enter your PNR and name. Then QR propose to send you an email, SMS, or both. The last one does not work for me, but email does.
Yes, immediately after I enter my PNR or Ticket number and last name, I get an error that says "Something happened Please try again by entering the booking reference number. Or, contact us via the 'Help' page for assistance."
I don't even get to the 2FA stage.
It's like I'm entering a booking reference/name that doesn't exist
