I wouldn't try to book anything that isn't plain vanilla on the AX website - first go to United.com and make sure you can find the flights you want with the correct codeshare or flight number and booking class, note the fare basis and breakdown (fare/taxes) then call Platinum travel and firmly insist you be transferred to a USA based representative with Sabre GDS access - do not take no for an answer - keep pushing until you confirm who you are talking with - then spoon-feed them the exact flights with date, time, carrier, flight number, and booking class and make sure they price it to match what you found on United.com with the same fare basis.
