I wish you the best of luck if you want to try it, there’s plenty of data points on Reddit that say it won’t work. And logically, it won’t because of how the bookings are made from FHR to Palazzo and there’s no way for Hyatt to know you stayed, nor get their commission from the partnership. But maybe you can get it manually credited as goodwill after the fact due to being given misinformation from the rep.
