st40611 booked on points and at the error category 0 rate that happed a while ago to Venetian/Palazzo + Mr & Mrs Smith. Resort fees aren't waived, they're just included in the points price since it's dynamic pricing and correctly not charged at check out because it's already been paid.

I called Hyatt and spoke to a globalist rep. They said FHR booking for Palazzo was a qualifying stay and I would get the FHR benefits and the minimal benefits under their partnership. They even checked with a supervisor to confirm the FHR booking was okay under Hyatt's system. It was a solid yes, you'll get the partneship benefits on top of FHR + EQN/ Points. And yes, resort fees are on FHR bookings and we pay those.

MMS, I'm not sure about as I'm not looking at any of those properties.
