United 1K should match to Executive Plat with 4 Flagship Lounge passes (if you go through LAX/ORD/DFW/MIA/JFK/PHL). You only have to get the 100k LP for Executive Platinum ONCE over 4 months rather than the traditional 3 times wheel and you keep the status through March 2027. Worth a look if that changes your opinion any.
