It is incrementally far more difficult to keep track and find credits with no ff number so make sure to keep the ticket numbers, I am not sure where you are looking but what you really have is a ticket number that has a value attached, if you go make a new reservation you should be able to pay by using the ticket number as long as the passenger name is the same
