I booked round trip tickets from TUS to FLL using my reserve card companion pass in First Class. I adjusted our travel dates in order to use the pass to purchase first class seats. We leave December 10th and return on December 28th. On August 30th I received a notification that the flights have been changed. We now arrive into Fort Lauderdale on December 11th at 12:50 a.m. This will put us checking into a hotel downtown after 2:00am after getting our luggage and Uber. This is not acceptable to us. I have tried to do the Change flights online but I get the error code I have attached below that says this flight was booked through a 3rd party or travel agency ???? and I need to contact them for assistance? The booking was made online using the Delta website. The really odd thing, I looked online to see what flights were available and found the same flight departing Tucson with a layover of 2 hours in Atlanta and arriving in FLL at 11:25 pm. which is basically the same flight we were originally booked. What is the best way to handle this? We obviously want to keep our first class seats and get back on the earlier flight.
