We've liked the CitizenM hotel as it is right at the airport and a quick walk to the CDGVal shuttle train connecting to Terminal 2. It is clean and modern and feels very lively in the common areas, in part, because the rooms are quite small (this is their concept and it is definitely not for everyone).
