I have a strange problem with the website.
I have a round-trip booking on the airline made by American Express.
I cannot pull up the booking on the qatar.com website
The error I get is -
Something happened Please try again by entering the booking reference number. Or, contact us via the 'Help' page for assistance.
I have called both Qatar airlines and American Express and they both say nothing is wrong with the booking and all is in order.
But, I can't pull up the booking on the website or the mobile app with either the booking reference or the ticket number.
I don't have a qatar account as I don't want to have issues with the FF number as I like to have all flights credited to my BA account.
I've made bookings via Amex Travel on Qatar often and have never had an issue.
ANy suggestions?
