Hotel guests don't pay for beach chairs/loungers.
There are a hand-full of covered beach beds which I believe they sell, but when we went with friends the beach attendants didn't have a problem with the youngest few in our group bouncing on them.
Your beach photos seem to show a lot of sea-weed built up. They were taking it away daily?

You cannot walk from FS to Worth Ave. Way too far. The recently opened Palm House & the (hopefully) soon to open Vineta Hotel are better suited for that.
FS Palm Beach is a great resort, but in season the weekends have become a little difficult to enjoy as many government folk are there over the weekend and the security goes over the top.
