Enhanced telephone security - KTN
Called UA premier line today to ticket a reservation. Was asked to provide KTN (known traveler numbers) for both my account and the traveler.
Is this a new thing? If so I like it as I always felt it was too easy to modify/cancel reservations with just the record locator. Of course it doesn't matter if anyone can go online and modify without a security check.
