Having a similar problem. Canceled an award booking made 9 months in advance. Points never showed up back in the account. Looked at the Activity and the transaction completely disappeared (even the initial booking). No activity listed for the cancelation either. Contacted MHC and they insist (twice) that they see the points credited back. However, my points balance do not reflect the amount that would have been returned. Now I am left with trying to do forensic accounting to back track all the transactions to prove the system never credited me back.
