I think the WiFi situation is still gonna be relatively spotty until UA cycles them in for MAX 8s with starlink, so I give it at least another 1-2 years at least before starlink makes its way down there, cuz I doubt any MAX 8 will even be flying with starlink until after the first batch makes it down to Guam
