And my LH segment (domestic B, from an AC-ticketed PY booking) from the 19th just posted, with all sorts of shiny new weirdness:

• CoS bonus included, as you noted. This never used to be included.
• No 250-mile minimum, as others have noted (but only regarding AC flights, so far as I had noticed)
• The 50% earn rate for domestic LH was not applied.

It was a MUC-FRA, which is 186 miles, so I was expecting 125 SQM (50% of the 250-mile minimum). Instead I got 233 SQM (125% of 186 miles).

Bank error in my favour, I guess -- but it would be interesting to know how much of this is intentional, and reflective of how things may work next year, since they still haven't updated the partner earning page, vs mistakes that will eventually get fixed.
