At least for me, it helps that we have several Lululemon stores, and the nearest Saks is hours away. I like online shopping as much as the next person, but for clothing items where I am not familiar with the brand, it's nice to be able to try things on. So that eliminates a pretty big part of the Saks inventory for me. And for the household and cosmetic items, the shipping cost is often ridiculous. Again, if we had one locally, I might go in and buy something, but I'm not going to deal with paying almost as much for shipping as for the item.
