I am arriving in Terminal 2, and need to connect to terminal1. Unfortunately I have luggage, so I guess i will have to go through immigration, collect luggage and then make my way to Terminal 1 for the domestic flight.

Is there anyway I can make use of the APM/Monorail thing? Or is that Airside only.

From what I've read it might be best if i pay for the fast track concierge service to get me through? I have about 3.5 hours to connect.
