Does this mean we have to stop renting from Hertz? Hertz used to be the best during the days of OJ but has declined a lot. I am scared to rent from Hertz now.
I've mostly stopped renting from Hertz... only maybe 1-2 per year now when they are either significantly less than competition (rare) or I am using points to burn them down.
Between the garbage IT/Website functionality, horrid useless customer service, and the customer-hostile behavior I'm pretty much done with them.
