DFW-CEB?
For DFW-CEB in J, which would be the better option for F&B, IFE and inflight service?

Both airlines leave DFW at night, arrive in CEB around 11am, and require only one 3-hour layover.

The transpacific flight is either B787 (BR) or A350 (CX) which I prefer over planes with an aluminum fuselage.
