I don't think the IC Cape Town will price itself in the same range as the HR or Westin. Judging from its location and preview property photos on the IHG website, i would say the pricing will be closer to the Cape Grace Fairmont or maybe even the One&Only. I also expect award nights to go for at least 120k points per night, even in the low season months like June.
