Two years ago? I can't tell you how many times in the past two years I've been told it was only regular or Diet Coke, no Coke Zero. Is this poorly trained FAs, like those who've had no idea what Glenlivet was or told me they definitely didn't have it (setting aside those many dark months when it was gone)? Or...?

I wouldn't say I enjoy it, but since they don't have Diet Pepsi, Coke Zero is the least worst option.
