Does this mean we have to stop renting from Hertz? Hertz used to be the best during the days of OJ but has declined a lot. I am scared to rent from Hertz now.
I would suggest you watch a few of the videos about Hertz suing renters, over-charging renters and even having them arrested in error. Steve Lehto’s videos are a good start in understanding how far Hertz has fallen.
