Hertz is the worst with the 'AI' scanners. Basically no way to contest it or even see what the original scan was to verify if damage was there or not.
The system picks up reflections/shadows/dirt etc and classifies them as damage and charge you for things that don't exist and/or Hertz will never repair.

Can't wait for a lawsuit which shows that Hertz is only collecting money for the same damages over and over and not actually repairing anything.
