I have much better performance with Chrome than Firefox. Firefox routinely freezes for me, especially at purchase or after performing multiple searches. Chrome seems stable but neither Chrome nor Firefox could book a two person itinerary yesterday - had to use the iphone app.
Web lag, especially when updating the airport is a hot mess. I believe others have posted the same in another forum.
The iPad app is the worst.
As for a solution, I complain when I get the survey pop-up. sometimes, it even seems that they read it and try to fix things, like getting sort order to stick when doing several searches (on .com).
