Seeing similar with the crap website... first search results return everything as sold out, or missing some rates, incomplete results, points not showing as available wen they actually are etc. I have to refresh the results at least once and then magically the rates show up... but still may be incorrect or missing the special rate I selected and it bait-and-switch shows other rates I don't want like pre-paid non-refundable.
