Created new JAL account and transferred 1000 miles. Received 975 miles in about a minute.

With a new JAL account I can search for awards on the JAL app but not JAL website.

Update:
Transferred more miles last night.

Today I'm able to search for awards on the website and booked 2 J tickets to Tokyo for next September.
