I experienced no wifi on both the outbound & inbound flights on the same booking and wish to raise a complaint. There were 2 of us travelling.
Is it better to:
a) raise this as a single complaint for both of us on a single booking ref ie 4 x no wifi (2 pax on 2 separate flights)
b) for each pax to raise a complaint - and put both the outbound and the inbound on the complaint
c) raise as 4 seperate complaints
