The enrollment date is only really relevant for 365 days, because that's how long those 1000 enrollment tier miles are good for. After that it's always 365 days from the date of the oldest flight, which is still younger than 365 days old, whether for silver or for gold (except for gold you obviously start counting from the day you reach silver, because all other miles collected before that date are already used up to get you to silver, so they're no longer relevant).
Thanks - this is how I understood it. But I glimpsed into my friend's app, as she was saying something different. See below the screenshot - essentially it anchors on the date of first mileage accrual (May 2025) - irrespective of reaching silver in August 2025, she has only until May 2026 to upgrade to Gold OR until August 2026 to maintain silver.
This is very counterintuitive IMO and would change the way how I credit the miles...
