Euroflyer catering on BA2794 this week. Choices of chicken, beef or a vegetarian curry. No menus provided. I opted for the braised beef with a carrot & suede mash, new potatoes and green beans.

The beef was decent. The pepper sauce may be viewed as slightly overbearing by some, but not unpleasant at all.

Desert pot was an Oreo and fruit topped chocolate ganache.

All in all, a pretty solid offering and as a side note, the crew on this flight were excellent.
