dell / sears / staples / hilton etc canceling orders and pulling GCs.
hilton GC is just a recent example, but dell xbox was huge. and i guess u could also include FHR abuse w/ back to back 1 night reservations.
amex is prob having a good time showing off their locust swarm.
ive always assumed that amex RAT has the directive to allow some level of gaming as long as its not cutting into their metrics like profit + reputation.
this explains why they are OK w/ some MS abuse and benefit capture via GCs.
