Are there other flights that come earlier in the day? Those arrival -> next day departure times definitely bump against the part 121.471 rest regs, if not outright exceed them. The clock for the consecutive hours of rest begins when the pilot lays their head on the pillow. I've heard stories of pilots being called by the company after they've turned in for the night and invoked the required rest rule on the company (and restarted the consecutive rest timer).

Based on the times OP lists, there is likely another crew that came in earlier the day prior.
