Just used some AA miles to book ORD-NRT-ORD next summer in F on JL55/56. Are either of the sets of center seats better/worse than the other? We're pretty oblivious to cabin noise or anything else going on in the cabin really....so just trying to decide if either row 1 or 2 really have any material differences. I just completed a trip to Tokyo on JL55/JL10. I was in seats 2K/2A (window). On both flights, the middle seats were empty and were used as beds for all four of us in the cabin. It seems to me that this is JAL's MO from what I have read on this site and my recent experience and I appreciated it much.
