Wholeheartedly agree about the ladies in the premium team but prefer to save them for more significant challenges. I told them about an issue on a B Gate recently and they referred it on BUT it led to the first of the two standard form responses I received (although I also got 10,000 Avios thrown in for the deficiency in service provision (their words).
I tend to do the same but, having discussed this very issue during one of our regular CCR chats, they did say that they would like to have these ongoing problems highlighted so they can investigate them and hopefully help improve the situation.
