Wholeheartedly agree about the ladies in the premium team but prefer to save them for more significant challenges. I told them about an issue on a B Gate recently and they referred it on BUT it led to the first of the two standard form responses I received (although I also got 10,000 Avios thrown in for the deficiency in service provision (their words).
