Explore Rate Bookings for Franchisees/Owners

Just wanted to clarifications regarding the MMP Explore rate for franchisees and owners of Marriott properties and I apologize in advance if any of these questions aren't appropriate as I've never used the Explore rate in the past.

To give some context, we entered into a franchise agreement with Marriott for one of their brands; while I will not have a Titanium Elite owner's card, I will be using the Explore rate instead as my developer rep provided me with an EID to generate my authorization forms.

When I book with the Explore rate, would my Platinum Elite benefits apply including suite upgrades or would it be put at the bottom of the queue given the heavily discounted rate? Would I still be able to "suite" talk myself into a nicer upgrade a couple days before arrival?

Also, as the Explore rate is technically not a conventional Explore rate (my forms do not note a manager) but rather as a franchisee/owner, would the booking have higher priority than other MMP bookings in the event that individuals will need to be walked from the property and would the hotel staff be able to differential the different types of MMP bookings?

I understand that this is probably not realistic and is a stretch, but would the booking be deemed as "higher" than someone with Ambassador status given the fact that Marriott will earn more over the life of the franchise agreement than what a typical Ambassador spends? A franchised or managed property wouldn't see any benefit, but I assume a corporate property would?

Without having a Titanium Elite Owner's card, would the Explore booking with just the Explore authorization form be treated as a "lesser" booking?

Aside from the chance of being walked from the property, are there any other downsides to booking an Explore rate given the significant savings?

Thanks
