I am a bit concerned that it says purchases processed by the restaurant with a mobile or wireless card reader might not qualify. Most restaurants are moving to this type of payment.
Based on when they did the Infatuation-linked promo last year for the CSR, yes, it can include tax and tip. However they aren't joking about 6-8 weeks after the promo period ending, I had sort of given up on getting the credit by the time it showed up on my card.
