We were traveling heavy so took shuttle. 8 min wait at 11pm at night.

Given an upgrade to room with attached room that acted as a living room. We were only 2 people so thought it odd that the sofa bed had been pulled out and made up as a bed.

Love the view of downtown Boston, we were supposed to arrive at hotel by 9pm and had plans to enjoy a drink waterside but bar wasn't open by the late time we arrived.

Buffet breakfast filled our need in the morning.

Looks like there was regular water shuttle service (not hotel affiliated ) between a pier very close to the property and Long Wharf. We didn't use but would be curious how late into the evening that runs
