Well, how was the property? Was it worth it?

I went through the booking flow and it is not mentioned at all. The policies say:
Check-in only on Sunday and Wednesday after 3:00 pm
Check-out before 10:00 am
Guarantee Policy
50pct deposit is required at time of booking and it is refundable according to the rate cancellation policy. 100pct non-refundable deposit is required if booking is within 30 days prior to arrival. $1,322.18 due September 22, 2025 (Hotel Local Time).
Cancel Policy
No penalty if cancelled 24 hours of the time of booking. Cancellations fee of 10% of total stay will then apply up to 61 days prior to arrival; after 60 days prior to arrival - 100% of total stay.
This page with General FAQs does not mention gratuities: https://rawahranch.com/dude-ranch-va...es-promotions/
What do the all-inclusive rates cover? The all-inclusive rates at Rawah Ranch are per-person, per-night and cover everything you need for a memorable Western getaway:

  • A dedicated children’s program for ages 3–16, available daily
At Rawah Ranch, we’ve thought of everything to make your stay truly unforgettable!
The only place I see it is this blog post https://rawahranch.com/blog/all-incl...rado-vacation/, which says:

The last thing you want to do on vacation is stress about money. When planning a vacation on your own, you must carefully plan your lodging, activities, and dining budget. But, with an all-inclusive vacation at Rawah Ranch, budgeting is easy. Let us unpack our rates for you so you have a clear idea of what you are spending before you arrive:
  • $850 per night for adults
  • $635 per night for kids (ages 3–16)
  • Little ones two and under stay free
Keep in mind that tax and gratuity are not included in our base rates.
In contrast, the Inn at Newport Ranch mentioned above says: https://www.theinnatnewportranch.com/policies-faqs
Taxes, Gratuities, and Service Charges
Since we’re a non-tipping business, a service charge of 18% will be added to your final bill; this will be distributed to your servers, bartenders, UTV drivers, and housekeepers. All rates and service charges are calculated pre-tax. Mendocino's room tax is 11%, while food, beverage, and service charge tax is 8%.
