Agree about chat. I had a simple procedural question about the delayed baggage workflow on an hour-long flight and after navigating the AI-based virtual agent that malfunctioned, and then getting a "Diamond Medallion Chat Specialist," who never did manage to answer my question before I had to put my laptop away for landing.
