Not discounting anyone else's experience, but I've stayed here several times over the last few years and never had issues with street noise or music from the bar, as a relatively light sleeper. Looking back at my folios, I've always been assigned rooms on floor 20, including a suite with amazing views. Maybe I just got lucky with my specific room placement? For data points, I've been assigned rooms 2017, 2018 (suite), and 2024.
