i have seen many promo codes that are linked to selected cards or linked only to visa/mc/amex. of course, these may have been agreed with the issuer/network, but it can and has been done. i dont see why leaving out amex plat is a problem, except that it is the only card that is excluded. comparatively, not allowing payment to go through on amex plat only is obviously a violation and something amex will definitely never allow

yes but the promo code (to be clear, this isnt the $200 credit) is from oura, so the terms are up to them
