If BA are maxing out the CE cabin on domestics (not my experience of late on the GLA - LHR -GLA route) hence generating more revenue. Then rather than reduce the passenger experience they should add another member of cabin crew to these flights, in order to cope.
I remember during good old days of flying, I took some short, short haul flights on charter carrier and there was a hot meal for everyone on board. Those days are truly gone - not even getting proper hot breakfast on a BA in J any more. 😥
