I would be very surprised if the regional A330s got premium economy.
Premium economy is certainly hot right now on medium- and long-haul routes, but (while allowing for the fact that I am
not an aviation analyst) I simply can't see there being sufficient demand on these shorter routes for the additional comfort and f&b uplift of premium economy at a higher cost, against the lower cost of a satisfactory economy product or passengers (mainly corporates?) going all-in on business class.
